Update: Website Issues

The issues with the website are resolved!
After working with software support for the software behind the website. The issuses with making payments through PayPal have been resolved. It turns out that PayPal had made changes in how websites hand off information to PalPal and the ecommerce software had not been updated to reflect the change. The appropriate patches have been applied now and everything is working fine.
Also, the website hosting service provider has cleared up a communication problem between the computer that hosts the Vulkon website and the database server that is used by the site. Users should see a marked imporvement in website response for both the main site and the forums.
The only remaining issue that has been reported is that people using an older version of Internet Explorer (version 6) and Windows 2000 are not able to add items to their shopping cart. Vulkon recommends that users upgrade their Internet Explorer to version 7 or install the latest version of Mozilla FireFox.
One other piece of informaiton for those people that want to buy tickets but do not have a PayPal account. When presented with the PayPal web page, on the left side of the page is a link that allows for the paymet to be made without signing up for a PayPal account.
